We will always tell our clients of the day on which the product will be dispatched and the estimated arrival date as a courtesy. Customers will be notified via email once their order has been sent, along with a package tracking number. How long will delivery take?

Delivery to a carrier constitutes delivery to the customer, and the risk of loss passes to the consumer at that point. Delivery times for special orders are determined by the product’s complexity and availability. Custom items will be dealt with separately. Damage from Shipment
We strongly advise all clients to purchase UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, or other transportation services’ optional delivery insurance. To assure product integrity, any package that seems to be damaged should be opened in the presence of delivery employees. If the goods are damaged during shipping, please notify the delivery provider and us as soon as possible. To speed up the processing of any claim, we recommend that you document the problem. On the day of delivery, any issues must be documented in writing and emailed to Pandorarugs.com.
Please note that shipping cost back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the clients except in cases where the rug may be defective. We do not provide refunds because of rugs damaged or soiled while in the client’s possession.
